Why I Joined LCP360

If someone told you that there is room for you to ride on a rocket ship, would you take it? The answer for me was pretty simple: absolutely!

And that, in a nutshell, was how Tom Kalembasa, co-founder and CRO, described LCP360 to me: a company in a rapid trajectory fueled by innovation, creativity, and sheer hard work. Then I spoke to the rest of the leadership team, CEO and co-founder Wojciech Kalembasa, CTO Tom Chomiak, and COO John Harter, and I immediately felt like I belonged.

I’ve known LCP360 for about seven years now as a client with Greystar, the country’s largest property management company. Tom Lisak, the indefatigable LCP360 sales executive on the Greystar account, had become a good friend over the years. Tom is one of the most hardworking people in our industry, and he’s earned all the success that’s come his way.

And, of course, there’s my dear friend Sam Posin-Trammell, a Greystar OG that I’ve known for the entirety of my tenure there. Sam is a fantastic marketing professional who decided to take an opportunity in sales on “the dark side,” a sardonic reference to vendors in the multifamily industry.

So how did I get here exactly? For the last decade, I have worked comfortably at Greystar. This highly-regarded company has extensive resources and capital, talented team members, and a robust culture anchored by its pillars of excellence and core values. Greystar is a powerhouse in the multifamily industry with 20,000 team members and 700,000+ units under management. Greystar’s marketing team is a 200-person strong workforce covering 155 markets in the United States.

A lyricist by the name of Marshall Mathers once asked:

LCP360 is a company founded in 2011 on perseverance and pure determination, a classic immigrant success story that resonated deeply with me. I’m a 1st-generation immigrant from a third-world country who made the most of the opportunities presented to me, much like Wojciech and Tom K bootstrapping LCP360 into the successful company it is today.

The people who work for LCP360 are what make the company special. Brilliant and dedicated professionals who genuinely care for each other and our customers. We take great pride in delivering top-notch creations but, more importantly, provide quality and thorough service. People care, and that shows up in everything we do.
