From his early days as part of the original TourBuilder team—formerly known as Panoskin—to leading our production department today, Israel has continually pushed the boundaries of what’s possible, ensuring that our clients receive cutting-edge, high-quality results. His ability to balance technical expertise with strategic leadership has made him an indispensable part of our growth and innovation.

 

What inspired you to pursue a career with LCP Media?

“I have always been involved in Google products and have occasionally been a tester for new features. When I heard that LCP Media was building a solution that involved both the Google Trusted Program for the former See Inside—offering the option of customization—I could not pass up the opportunity to be part of it.”

How long have you been in the multifamily industry and with LCP Media, and what do you love most about it?

10 years and counting! Being part of LCP Media has meant growing alongside my work family through some of life’s biggest moments—like welcoming my kids into the world. I’m incredibly grateful for the people I work with every day.

How would you describe your leadership style in three words?

Results-driven, adaptable, strategic.

What’s the most rewarding part of your role?

My team. They are an amazing, hardworking group that never says no to changes and challenges. They are truly incredible.

What advice would you give someone just starting out in production/operations?

It requires thinking outside of the box while being organized and detail-oriented.

What’s your proudest moment at LCP Media so far?

More than just my time at LCP Media, it’s been being part of the original TourBuilder team, formerly known as Panoskin.

If you could switch jobs with anyone at LCP Media for a day, who would it be and why?

Sergey Sanikovich. The 3D production part, in comparison to photography, involves creating things that don’t exist and making them look natural. That’s something I would love to add to my toolbox.

What’s one project or initiative you’re currently excited about at LCP Media?

TourBuilder Go—it’s a living, breathing project that just keeps enhancing and growing with the help of our AI.

What’s your go-to productivity hack for busy days?

Avoid unnecessary meetings, put the headset on, prioritize and divide tasks into blocks, and occasionally use an assembly line-like workflow.

If you could have dinner with any three people, dead or alive, who would they be and why?

Stephen Hawking – There are so many things in his theories that I would love to ask him about directly.

Leonidas I – One of the best strategists ever known.

Isaac Asimov – His science fiction writing is now becoming a reality. If he were alive today, I wonder what new ideas he could bring given advancements in AI and robotics.

If you could take a vacation anywhere in the world right now, where would you go?

I’ve traveled a lot in my life, so I don’t have many places left on my list, but one place I would love to visit is Cherokee National Forest in Tennessee. 

What excites you most about the future of LCP Media?

Our fast growth and positioning in the industry—proving again that the underdog can become a giant.

 

Beyond the Office

Outside of work, Israel is a devoted family man. He practices Taekwondo with his kids twice a week, trains in Combat Hapkido four days a week, and occasionally enjoys archery. He is also on a meaningful journey through Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) and is part of a fitness group called Fit Shepherd. His commitment to personal growth and perseverance extends into every aspect of his life, making him not only a dedicated professional but also an incredible father and role model.
