At LCP Media, innovation is driven by people who aren’t afraid to step outside of their comfort zones. At the forefront of our product development is Anthony Lin, Vice President of Product. With a unique career path that started in accounting, Anthony has spent the last decade helping LCP Media grow through thoughtful strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep passion for problem-solving.
Anthony’s ability to connect business needs with technical solutions has played a critical role in bringing our most impactful tools to life. From high-level product direction to hands-on execution, he continues to help evolve our platform with purpose and creativity. Whether he’s leading a team or building new features, Anthony approaches every challenge with focus, adaptability, and a genuine desire to make things better.
“Prior to joining LCP Media, I was on a career path in Accounting. The work was repetitive, but it gave me a solid foundation in business—processes, modeling, analysis, and reporting. I wanted something more dynamic. LCP Media gave me the opportunity to shift into Operations and eventually Product. I find the digital media and technology field to be more exciting and creative.”

“Understand your product and the industry you’re in. You need to know the challenges your customers face in order to create meaningful solutions. Never stop learning—technology is always evolving. Don’t be afraid to make mistakes as long as you learn from them. And don’t be afraid to ask for help. People are usually happy to support you if you’re respectful and eager to grow.”
“Launching our TourBuilder Go product. From sourcing hardware to UI/UX design and collecting client feedback, it was a true team effort. Seeing a new product come to life and knowing the work behind it—that’s one of the most rewarding feelings.”
“Another proud moment was launching a weather balloon from the Adler Planetarium to capture a virtual tour into space using a GoPro and custom-built software. I had no experience with this kind of project, but we overcame huge hurdles—FAA approvals, design, retrieval, even local news coverage. It pushed me out of my comfort zone and showed me how far I’d come.”
“Sales. Cold calling isn’t something I gravitate toward, but growth happens outside your comfort zone. Plus, sales is such a versatile and valuable skill.”
“TourBuilder Clips. It allows clients to generate short videos from their virtual tours—perfect for social and marketing without having to increase their budgets. We’re also launching a video player to help clients share content without dealing with ads like on YouTube.”
“Prioritization. I’ll never get everything done in one day, so I focus on what matters most. I block time on my calendar and set Slack to ‘away’ when I need to focus. If I get stuck on something, I take a break or move on. Sometimes the solution comes when I least expect it.”
“South America. I haven’t been yet, but Lima, Peru, Buenos Aires, Argentina, and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil are high on my list. I try to travel to at least one new place each year. I recently visited Japan and can confidently say I’ll be going back.”
“The sky is the limit. We’re constantly improving and innovating—whether through new products, partnerships, or expanding into new markets and industries. I don’t see a day when we stop growing.”
Outside of work, Anthony enjoys disconnecting with a good movie or show (even if he forgets what he watched). His interests include cooking, photography, traveling, and investing. He spent part of his childhood living in Beijing, China, where he graduated from the International School of Beijing while living in the Hilton Hotel.
Anthony may keep a low profile, but his impact is anything but quiet. His strategic thinking, calm leadership, and relentless curiosity continue to push LCP Media’s products—and team—forward. He’s a driving force behind some of our biggest innovations, and we’re lucky to have him on our side.
