1. Winner on 1/22 - Rebekah Fagan, Assistant Community Manager for Bell Partners, shared the best meme to describe her Friday mood.

2. Winner on 2/26 - Karen Mattis, Residential Manager at The Arbors Apartments, shared her favorite guilty pleasure TV show (any show on Bravo!)

3. Winner on 3/19 - Heather Hoeft, Community Manager at Westdale Asset Management, shared what animal would make you laugh the most if they could talk.

4. Winner on 4/26 - Julia Furber, Regional Property Manager at Carroll Management Group, shared her best dad joke: I had a dream last night about swimming in an ocean of orange soda....actually it was more like a Fanta-sea!

5. Winner on 5/20 - Amanda Smith Buyalos, Property Manager at Cathcart Group, shared her rating from a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being a hurricane, on how crazy she thinks this leasing season is going to be: 7 for the luxury market.

6. Winner on 5/28 - Liv Forme, Property Manager at Atlantic Pacific Companies, shared that if she had a superpower for a day, she would time travel to the future, get the winning lottery numbers, and hit it big so she wouldn’t have to work anymore! Brilliant!

7. Winner on 7/26 - Jamie Ezell, Property Manager at Regency Multifamily, shared that if she could design the perfect community space, she would have a library where you can check out books, movies, or games. What a fun idea to upgrade to a business center!

7. Winner on 8/26—Youlande Levy Moore, Property Manager at Bozzuto, shared her favorite summer memory was her vacation in Tulum, Mexico, with her husband of 20 years. It was their first vacation together without kids in WAY too long. We are delighted you got some well-deserved FUN time away. 

8. Winner on 9/23— Kathi Marie, Property Manager at Neufeld Properties, is a HUGE Packers fan. Kathi shared her most memorable moment from the 1996 Super Bowl. Her mother, who had terminal cancer, was still with her to witness the Packers' incredible win. They celebrated together, running outside in the cold snow with friends to mark the occasion. We are so touched by your story, Kathi, and thrilled to name you our contest winner! What a special memory to cherish forever.

9. Winner on 9/28— Yvonne, Property Manager at Wasatch Property Manager, went all out one Halloween with her team’s homemade Mario Kart costumes, complete with an unforgettable "ball and chain" detail! Yvonne shared how they brought the characters to life, turning heads and winning hearts with their creativity. We love the passion and originality in your story, Yvonne, and we’re thrilled to name you our contest winner! What a fun and memorable costume moment to celebrate!

Winner on 10/19—Janice Marcum Quill, Property Manager at Scott Ellis Enterprises, shared a heartfelt family tradition that warmed our hearts. She reminisced about making the same dishes her mother and grandmother used to cook, hearing her grandmother’s voice reminding her not to peel away too much of the potato and her mother and aunts offering tips for perfecting their treasured recipes. Though they’re no longer with her, Janice feels their presence in the kitchen every time she cooks, keeping their legacy alive with love.

Winner on 12/30—Margaret Marazzo, Director of Property Management at Landa Property Management, told us about the most meaningful gift she’s ever received. Margaret shared how her son received the ultimate gift: a new heart. After 8 years in heart failure, he walked out of the hospital like a boss just 12 days after surgery—just in time to celebrate the holidays at home. Margaret is forever grateful to the donor family for giving her the greatest gift of all: a healthy child. ❤️
